A Burlingame resident, and an attorney, Saira has been involved in real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area for several years. Both as an experienced attorney and an avid real estate investor herself, Saira understands the in and outs of the buying and selling process (including the legal provisions in the contract itself) and strives to drive best-in-class results. Saira's approach is to make sure her clients receive top-notch service and have a dedicated thought partner providing strategic advice and counseling during every step of journey. It is incredibly important to Saira that she serve as an advocate for her clients, the kind of advocate that can scour the market to bring forth the best opportunities and cultivate and present in-depth, value-add analysis. As a former law clerk to a federal district judge, and a former litigator, Saira also has a solid understanding of how to be a strong and effective advocate in any negotiation.
Saira graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, ranking in the top quarter of her class. She is also a graduate of Rice University, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0. In law school, Saira won many awards for her public speaking skills and persuasive advocacy performances in mock trial. Most recently, Saira worked as the lead employment counsel at a fast growing technology company, an experience that further helped her understand how to provide valuable and strategic advice to a variety of business stakeholders across functions like finance, accounting and human resources. Her exceptional work ethic, passion for learning and continuous improvement, diverse legal background, demonstrated emotional intelligence, and innate understanding and passion for all things real estate are strong drivers of her success as a Realtor.
On a personal note, Saira is married to another lawyer (her better half) and together they have two daughters, one of whom is part of the Burlingame School District in the Spanish immersion program. In her spare time, Saira enjoys leading her daughter's Girl Scout troop, enjoying a good cup of coffee, walking various (flat) hiking trails, and finding better ways to get things done.
